What does the reward cost me?
You choose what to give. A 10% discount, a free espresso, a postcard, a signed book — anything that fits your place. encirkl takes zero commission per redemption. The only cost is the monthly tier.
Can I propose a new loop?
Yes. We validate new loops within 5 working days. Loops need to be walkable, safe and roughly 1.5–5 km. We help you sketch the route through our self-serve loop editor.
How do I measure success?
Your dashboard shows: loop closures near you, rewards redeemed in-store, returning walkers, and conversion ratio. Pro and District tiers add aggregated district-level context (anonymized).
Can I cancel monthly?
Yes. Monthly billing, monthly cancellation, no minimum term, no buyout. We earn your subscription month by month.
Is encirkl GDPR-compliant?
Yes. EU-hosted on Netlify and CursusX, no tracking cookies, no third-party analytics that profile users. Walking data is processed on the user's device; only aggregated, anonymized statistics flow to partners and us. Full documentation in the privacy policy.
Do I need to install an app?
No partner app required. Redemption happens via Apple Wallet / Google Wallet on the walker's phone. You scan or tap, the system confirms, that's it. Tablet-based dashboard works in any browser.

Server-side validation of closed loops with anti-spoofing. No external tracking SDK, no Google Maps lock-in.

Native PassKit + Google Wallet API integration. The wallet card lives on the walker's phone, badges sync silently in the background.
